We prepare our seafood for delivery or cooking from 2 locations: our 5-star food hygiene rated kitchens in Bethesda and our Old Port Office which houses our shellfish tanks. We follow strict procedures following careful risk assessment.
Delivery and collection of seafood orders take place on specific days for the trade and public. We follow strict sanitising processes as directed by our risk assessment. For example, wearing PPE, observing social distancing, sanitising between orders and encouraging card payment.
Our ready-made luxury pâtés, mousse and chowder are prepared and cooked in our 5-star food hygiene rated kitchens in Bethesda. We follow strict cleaning, hand washing and social distancing procedures having carried out full assessment of the risks associated with COVID-19.
We update our procedures and operations as appropriate, following guidance by the government (both devolved and central) and the Public Health scientific advisor.
